1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (email, WhatsApp or SMS) carrying a booking reference. Verbal confirmations are indicative.

2. Duties, billing & minimum commitments

• Billing begins when the vehicle is dispatched from the garage or at the agreed pickup time, whichever is earlier.
• Minimum chargeable durations apply by vehicle category and will be shared on your quote.
• Toll, parking, state permits, driver allowance and GST are charged at actuals unless packaged.

3. Changes & no-shows

• Changes notified at least 2 hours before pickup are accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability.
• No-show at pickup incurs the full minimum charge for the booked slot.

4. Vehicle & chauffeur

• Vehicle models shown on the site are indicative; equivalent category vehicles may be substituted.
• All owned-fleet vehicles carry dashcams for safety and accountability.
• Our chauffeurs are trained employees. In rare cases of unavailability, a replacement chauffeur of the same standard will be assigned.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
• Any damage caused by passengers is chargeable at cost.

6. Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance on every owned vehicle. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and does not extend to consequential or indirect losses.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including traffic, weather, civic unrest, acts of government, strikes or force majeure.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
