- Dashcam footage from rides in our owned fleet, retained for safety and audit purposes

- To fulfil bookings, coordinate chauffeurs and confirm rides

- To maintain audit trails for chauffeured travel compliance

4. Who we share with
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Chauffeurs assigned to your ride
- Network partners who handle rides outside our seven own-office cities, bound by the same confidentiality standards
- Our dashcam technology provider, for processing of in-vehicle footage
- Government or law enforcement agencies if required by law
5. Retention
Contact and booking records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and corporate law (typically 8 years). Dashcam footage is retained for 30–90 days unless flagged for incident review.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by writing to feedback@eurocars-india.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
